Solution
Propagation inputs that hold up cycle after cycle
A nursery runs on repeatability: the same shade, the same exclusion, the same plug, every cycle.
How we approach it
The specification comes before the shopping list
Propagation units fail in ways that are hard to see until the plugs are sold: shade that drifts as the net ages, mesh that opens at the frame and lets thrips into a mother-stock block, trays that flex and break root balls at lifting.
We supply the shade, the screen, the tray and the bench fabric with the numbers that make repetition possible — shade factor verified per lot, aperture stated in microns, cell pitch checked against the transplanter — and we keep the same specification available for reorders.
What the quote gives you
- Shade factor verified per lot, so a reorder matches the first delivery
- Panel sizes cut to your bench layout with grommets placed
- Trays checked against your transplanter pitch before quoting
- Consistent specifications for repeat orders
