Production base
Six processes under one roof
Film is blown and co-extruded in-house; shade and insect net is woven, heat-set and lock-stitched on the same site; ground cover is woven and finished with cut holes and edge marking; trays are thermoformed; geomembrane is extruded and finished for welding.
Running these processes together is what makes custom specifications practical. A 3.5 m mulch width or a 9 m greenhouse sheet is a production instruction here, not a special order waiting on a third-party converter.

Capability
What we actually make
Eight product families, each with its own line and its own tolerance regime. The specification on the order confirmation is the one the line runs to.
Film extrusion
Single and three-layer blown film lines for mulch, greenhouse and geomembrane sheet, from 8 micron to 2.5 mm.
Net weaving
HDPE shade and insect net, round and flat yarn, heat-set and lock-stitched, with shade and aperture verified per lot.
Weaving & finishing
Ground cover fabric woven, slit and finished with planting holes, edge marking and sewn joins.
Thermoforming
PS and PET plug trays from 32 to 288 cells, with cavity geometry matched to your transplanter.
Irrigation
16 mm drip tape with flat labyrinth emitters, four wall grades, spacing from 10 to 50 cm.
Inspection & export
Lot-level measurement, packing lists, inspection records and welding parameters issued with every shipment.

How we work
Three rules we do not bend
- No specification left ambiguous. Thickness, width, shade factor, mesh and packing are restated in writing before production.
- No claim without a number. If we say a film lasts five seasons, the UV term and the test method are on the sheet.
- No silent substitution. If a material or size has to change, you hear it before the line runs, not after the container sails.
